Flavor Essence, Inc. (is a New Hampshire company) specializing in the design and bottling of natural, gourmet-quality flavor concentrates, that are as "true" as possible to what you expect for each flavor profile. We offer are complex flavors that give you "the flavor and nothing but the flavor". There isn't an odd after-taste or "off-note"when added as background when added to food and beverages.
To make it all so very simple and easy to use, the concentration levels are specially set to work extremely well with individual servings of beverages and small batches of food:
Serious foodies, professional food service people, bakers, bartenders, and all beginners can have a lot of fun and tasty pleasures. Why can't we all just customize background flavors on our own? None of the flavors have any sweeteners at all (add your own if your tastes or recipes call for it). With Flavor Essence, there are no added colors or preservatives, no calories, carbs, fat, sodium or gluten. Actually they are allergen-free and vegan-based culinary formulations. The packaging is in convenient 2 ounce squeezable measured bottles and can flavor a dozen baking batches or add flavor 24-36 12-ounce drinks. For the foodservice industry: these flavors have stunning versatility as concentrates and can provide quick, economical and complex background flavor to almost anything in baking, sauces and bartending. (batters, doughs, whips, frostings are easily enhanced). For the Consumer User: the concentration levels and measured squeeze bottles act as a very
simple/portable way to add flavor to coffee, tea, seltzer, alcohol drinks, yogurts, oatmeal, and granola. Recommended Usage (Flavor to your taste levels):
In Beverages --1 to 2 generous squeezes of Flavor Essence adds fun to seltzer, smoothies and shakes, coffee, tea, cocoa as well as being great clean secret ingredients in creative martinis and related bar/blender drinks. (For Soda Stream use, 2-3 squeezes will improve the flavor of a liter -- adjust to your own taste levels)
In Food --Use approximately 1 teaspoon (3 squeezes) into french toast/pancake batters, cookie doughs, bread doughs as well as cake and muffin mixes. Only 1 to 2 generous squeezes of Flavor Essence will add delicate but complex background flavor to oatmeal, other hot cereals and yogurt. Our goal is to wholesale and retail our natural flavor concentrates outside of New Hampshire. We want to develop a network with bakers, bartenders, chefs and gourmet groups that want to experience clean realistic flavors, and are creative enough experiment, customize and control their own flavor styling in recipes, as well as delicious beverages. These products contain food grade synthetic propylene glycol, which the Food and Drug Administration has approved as a "non-flavoring ingredient" in natural flavors. Within our next batch, we will be replacing it with very low amounts of alcohol instead: @ 1/30th of a teaspoon per serving. Either way we are minimalists and as pure as possible.
