Creamy Dijon Chicken with Tarragon & Rice. Made with real Dijon mustard, cream, butter, and a splash of white wine. A touch of tarragon and a bright finish of lemon zest bring the whole dish together.

We didn't design this to be "good for freeze-dried" - we built it to be a reward after a long day bagging peaks.

This is the kind of comfort food you’d settle in with on a Saturday night, now available at 10,000 feet.
