What did you taste? 🥃

On the Black & Brown Podcast, we talked about the taste of Old Hillside’s Founders Select and how everyone’s palate is different.

The same pour can bring out completely different notes for different people. That’s what makes tasting bourbon so personal.

So we want to know… what did you taste when you tried Founders Select?

Drop your tasting notes in the comments. 👇🏾

When the SKU won’t stay on the shelf, you make it again. 🥃

On the latest conversation with Black & Brown Podcast, the team talked about what it really means to build a bourbon brand. Every time a SKU sells through, you have to go back and do it all over again.

That’s not just a product. That’s demand. That’s momentum. That’s a story people want to keep drinking.

At Old Hillside, it’s bigger than the bottle. It’s about building something people keep coming back for.

PART TWO | It’s Bigger Than Bourbon. 🥃🏇

Horse racing and the alcohol industry have more in common than you might think. Both are built on tradition, competition, craftsmanship, and stories that span generations.

At Old Hillside, bourbon is only part of the story. Just like horse racing is bigger than the race, our story is bigger than the bottle.

The history, the people, the culture, and the legacy behind it all deserve to be told.

It takes a team to tell a story worth remembering. 🥃

At Old Hillside, teamwork is more than working together—it’s bringing different talents, perspectives, and passions together to honor the stories that inspired every bottle.

Because when the story matters, the team shows up.

PART ONE | Let the Story Create the Bourbon. 🥃

Sylvia Bishop’s story is more than history—it’s inspiration.

At Old Hillside, we don’t just create bourbon and attach a story to it. We let the story create the bourbon.

This is only the beginning. Part One.
