This was our first go at cups and they were a hit at the wedding! When the wedding DJ (who has definitely seen ALL 👏🏻THE 👏🏻 COCKTAIL 👏🏻HOURS 👏🏻) is impressed, that’s kinda cool!!

Not gonna lie, we were STRESSING 😰 as the clock was ticking, and the alarm went off, and we (metaphorically) had to hit snooze a few times, but we got it done and at the venue before festivities started 😅.

Has it been a long summer?
✅ Yes! 😅

Is it like we have other jobs or something?
✅ Also yes! 😂

In addition to their “normal” jobs and making meat and cheese look awesome, The Char-CUTE-erie Gals also work summer jobs the Oasis, so, yeah, we’ve been busy!! But we’re gearing up to be back at it!

We’ve got soooo many charcuterie cups for a lovely wedding 💍 tomorrow!!

Summer’s been a little slow for us on the charcuterie front due to the fact that our commercial kitchen is in concessions at a pool - BUT - here is one I put together for a family gathering over the 4th 🎆

This is an example of a 40 person multi-dimensional/tiered graze table. The cost would be about $500.

For a table like this, we would prep everything ahead of time and then we would come and set up in your home. You would provide a table and the linen. We provide the boards, the tiers, jars, etc. Set up takes about one hour.

This was me (Chairsty) Thursday when I realized that I forgot to turn off the Mother’s Day ordering link. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Two people had placed orders and I didn’t catch them. I was able to make it up to my friend Mo, but I haven’t heard back from Randi.
