This week I’m taking orders for White Chicken Enchiladas. These are absolutely my favorite. I start with 8 freshly cooked flour torillas and then stuff them with seasoned chicken and cream cheese. Then I smother them in a white creamy cheese sauce with green chillies, 3 kinds of cheese and sour cream. Yummy!!!! These are excellent when served with refried beans or Spanish rice or your favorite Mexican side dish.

This week’s primary meal is meatballs. These meat balls go great with any vegetable or side of your liking. There are 12 meatballs in each pan. If you don’t want to cook them all at one time they can be frozen for later. Each pan is $15 so get your orders in by Thursday and then pick up will be Monday, March 2 from 4pm -8 pm.

I am also offering lasagna again for those of you that couldn’t get your order in last week. Each pan is $20.

Let’s get this business off the ground! 🎈
This week I will be taking orders for Lasagna, and homemade white bread. The bread can be sliced to your liking and then made into garlic toast to serve with your lasagna.
Place your orders here in the comments by Thursday, February 19th. You will need to pick up your order Monday, February 23rd between 4-8 pm at my house. I live between Birch Tree and Mountain View and will give you specific directions closer to pick up time.
I will be taking cash only.

If you are like me, you go to work for 8-10 hours each day and then come home to work some more. Let me help you by making at least one of your evening each week a little easier. I am taking orders each week for specific items that you can take home , refrigerate and then bake them when you are ready to serve your family a good home cooked meal. I will post each week what I will be offering the following week. You will place your order by Wednesday and then pick it up the following Monday evening. I will only be accepting cash. Please message me with any questions and thank you for your time.
