Have you ever tried OUR Nothin’ But Ranch on swordfish? OMG…it’s AMAZING!🔥

You can really use this spice on just about anything and Katie literally used it for most of this meal! She sprinkled it on the asparagus with some olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon. And for the swordfish, she marinated it with more fresh lemon, pepper, garlic, more olive oil, and fresh rosemary.🐟🌱

Simple…Easy…Healthy…and most importantly DELICIOUS! 🙋🏼‍♀️

**the rice was made in the rice cooker and the asparagus and swordfish were cooked on the grill…so a pretty easy meal with an easy clean up!**

Single Serve Protein Red Velvet Cake

🍫Single Serve Protein Red Velvet Cake🍫

INGREDIENTS —>
▫️1/4 c Arrowhead Mills protein flour
▫️1 t b.powder
▫️2 T cocoa powder
▫️1/2 scoop 1st Phorm level1 red velvet protein
▫️1/3 c milk of choice
▫️one sq**rt of liquid stevia
▫️sprinkle of OUR Chocolate Crave

DIRECTIONS:
1️⃣ Mix everything up and add into a greased mini rice cooker and turn on for a perfectly cooked mini cake;
2️⃣ Top with dark chocolate nibs and MORE of OUR Chocolate Crave and whipped cream!

Sweet tooth = SATISFIED!!!

RANCH CHOPPED BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER SALAD🥗

Not only does this #chickensalad pack a crunch punch, but it doesn't get soggy in the fridge overnight so you can make a big batch and enjoy leftovers for lunch!👏🏻

Here’s what you need to do to put it all together:
▫️ Coat 2 boneless, skinless with coconut oil and OUR Nothin’ But Ranch seasoning;
▫️ Pop into the air fryer at 360F for 20 minutes.

While those were cooking, make the salad and the salad dressing!

SALAD INGREDIENTS:
▫️ 1 head of broccoli, chopped
▫️ 1/2 head of cauliflower, chopped
▫️ 2 scallions, sliced
cherry tomatoes, halved
and whatever else is in your crisper drawer that needs to be used up (in this case, a bit of lettuce and some broccoli sprouts).

RANCH SALAD DRESSING so EASY!!!🙋🏼‍♀️
▫️Add OUR Nothin’ But Ranch seasoning 'to taste' with mayo and a squeeze of lemon.

Five-Ingredient Slow-Cooker Chickpea Tikka Masala served over roasted cauliflower (seasoned with OUR Original Red and smoked paprika) and topped with lots of cilantro!💚

We LOVE using the slow cooker for those busy weeks when there just never seems to be enough time in the days! We like to make these kinds of meals over the weekend and then enjoy them throughout the week for lunch or dinner.🤩

YES, it is loaded with protein, but it needs a little help with flavor! The best way to take it up a notch is by adding Original Red! The combo of pepper and various spices like garlic, paprika, and onion mustard brings everything together!💪🏻🔥

JICAMA “vegan” CHEESE FRIES🔥💪🏻

JICAMA 🍟
1 container (2 cups) jicama
1 tbsp oil
1-2 tsp of OUR Original Red

▫️Coat the jicama in oil and seasoning and air fry at 400F for 15-20 minutes (depending on air fryer and jicama size)

“VEGAN” CHEESE SAUCE🧀
1 cup raw cashews
1 cup broth
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ginger
Black pepper
More Original Red
(If too thin add a bit of psyllium (1/2 tsp) husk or more cashews)

▫️Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender for 1-2 minutes until creamy.

‼️Original Red Coleslaw‼️

INGREDIENTS:
▫️1 bag of traditional cut coleslaw
▫️ ¼ C of diced onion
▫️ 1 jalapeno diced (optional)
▫️ ¼ C of cilantro chopped
▫️ ¼ C of plain Greek yogurt
▫️ 1/3 C of mayonnaise
▫️ 2 T of apple cider vinegar
▫️ 2 T of honey
▫️ 2 tsp of OUR Original Red

DIRECTIONS:
1️⃣In a large bowl, combine the Cole slaw, onion, cilantro and jalapeno (optional);
2️⃣In a smaller bowl, combine the milk, yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, and ORIGINAL RED. Whisk together until thoroughly mixed;
3️⃣Stir the dressing into the Cole slaw mixture until well combined;
4️⃣Refrigerate for about 20 minutes before serving!💪🏻

An easy and fast meal to make when you’re HANGRY!!!🤣

Here’s home to make it:
▫️Fry up some ground beef with OUR Original Red;
▫️ Then 2 slices of cheese get fried until golden.

I LOVE how certain foods can bring back all the GOOD memories! As we know, food is so much more than just the food and when there are stories behind the meals it makes it that more nostalgic and delicious. I will NEVER say no, if she offers to make a tuna sandwich or even a tuna melt! **OMG...a tuna melt sandwich on an English muffin with slices of American cheese that were bubbly and burnt?!?!? ANYONE ELSE LOVE THESE? Okay I digress!** No matter how hard I try, my tuna doesn’t even compare to hers. Maybe because she puts in a huge dollop of mayo, the perfect amount of celery, onion, and spices, or that it just has that mother's touch. Hers just always tasted way better than mine and still does. And since it feels like summer here in Charleston the craving for big crunchy salads sounds really GOOD now and look at me eating more variety too! I love tuna fish. I find it fascinating how our cravings for certain foods are always changing! These cravings can change with the seasons, our workouts, and our moods. Learning to acknowledge the cravings and feed those cravings makes me feel really good mentally and physically and allows me to do ALL THE THINGS with a better attitude and stronger body! Last week, I was eating a lot of cherries and red meat...This week it is all about bananas and eggs. I will NEVER get tired of simple meals like this! Ready in 10 minutes or less...Loaded with all the nutrients...and damn DELICIOUS it is a meal that gets eaten a lot these days! One of my homework assignments that I have been working on since starting this healing process is to eat more variety. For years (YES...years), I would eat the same damn foods every day. I honestly don’t know how I did it, but I got stuck in the routine and it was not healthy for my gut, my training, my mind, and my overall well-being. Unbreaking that pattern has been hard at times, but eating ALL THE FOODS, has helped me step out of my comfort zone, has helped my body heal, and has allowed me to get back to a healthy and happy place of loving food again.
