Locally Raised Meats!! We have Black Angus beef, Berkshire pork, and Dorper lambs that are all ready to sell. We deliver the animals to the processor and you can instruct on how you want packaged. We sell by the whole, half, or quarter. This is a great way to fill your freezer with top quality, pasture raised, hormone free meats. All meats are 2.50/lb on the hoof. Call or PM if interested.
Thanks!

We have a few outstanding Black Angus steers for sale. All have been grain fed for over 120 days without any hormones, antibiotics, or other chemicals. Call or PM me if you are interested in a quarter, half, or whole beef. We charge $2.50/lb live weight. An 1100 lb whole steer will net close to 500 lbs of packaged steaks, roasts, and hamburger. Go in with friends or family and get the best all natural beef available. 205-862-8230

Hi Folks! We are going to have a large garden again this year. I will post pictures as things progress. We have chosen a number of heirloom vegetable varieties this year. We plan to sell to the public with the proceeds going to The Lovelady Center in Birmingham. Most vegetables will begin to be available in June and July. We will have numerous varieties of tomatoes, sweet corn, purple hull peas, cream peas, okra, melons, beans, and so forth. As always, we try to bring the most flavorful and healthy varieties while staying as close to organic as possible. Take care and always feel free to call or PM if you have questions!
Blessings!

Hey Farmers! This is no joke! When donating surplus food to 501(c)3 nonprofits (like Society of St. Andrew-Alabama), Section 170(e)(3) of the U.S. Tax Code stipulates that businesses and farms are eligible for enhanced tax deductions, up to 15% of their net income. In many cases, the tax deductions received from donating surplus product are greater than the tax shield that is earned from liquidating or disposing of the goods. Learn more foodspoileralert.com
