1 lb (450 g) ground chicken
¾ cup breadcrumbs (or panko)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 large egg
¼ cup milk
2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika (optional)
½ cup shredded mozzarella (optional, for extra juiciness)
Optional Garlic Butter Topping
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp grated Parmesan

• 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (or pizza dough)
• ½ cup pizza sauce
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Prepare the dough:
• Roll out the crescent roll dough or pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface.
• Cut into even rectangles or squares.

This Air Fryer Baked Potato recipe is incredibly crispy on the outside, fluffy and creamy on the inside, and couldn't be easier! They're going to be perfect served with burgers off the grill, too.
Ingredients
3 russet potatoes (mine were 300 grams)
3 tablespoons canola oil
salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F according to manufacturer directions if required.
Wash and dry potatoes thoroughly.
Rub all over with oil and season well with salt and pepper.
Place in the basket of the air fryer, place the basket into the air fryer and cook for 40 minutes (a little less if your potatoes are smaller than mine, a little more if your potatoes are larger than mine).
Check doneness be inserting a knife into the center of the potatoes — if it goes in and comes out easily, they are done. If it seems to get stuck, give them 5-10 more minutes.

• 2 beef steaks (sirloin, ribeye, or filet)
• Salt & black pepper
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp butter
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)
For the shrimp
• 12–16 large shrimp, peeled & deveined
• 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
• 1 tsp paprika (or smoked paprika)
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• Salt & pepper
For the pasta
• 250 g spaghetti or linguine
• Salt (for pasta water)
For the sauce & veggies
• 3 tbsp butter
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• ½ cup pasta cooking water
• 60 g fresh spinach
• ½ cup roasted or sautéed red peppers (optional)
• 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
• Chili flakes (optional)
• Fresh parsley, chopped

👩‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the pasta
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente.
Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
2. Cook the steak
Season steak with salt and pepper.

Directions
