Homeade Pork Wontons 🥟

🛒Ingredients
- wonton wrappers
-ground pork
-chili oil (optional)
-sesame oil
-soy sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 pack wonton wrappers
-salt , pepper , Garlic powder , onion powder , parsley
- fresh green onion
- Panda Express orange sauce
- rice (for a side)

Wonton Instructions:

1. Prepare the Filling:
In a large bowl, combine ground pork, all of the spices, 1 tsp sesame oil, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 egg, and some of the chopped green onion. Stir until fully mixed and smooth.

2. Assemble the Wontons:
• Lay out the wonton wrappers on a clean surface.
• Lightly wet the edges of each wrapper with water to help them seal.
• Place about 1 tablespoon of the pork filling in the center of each wrapper (avoid overfilling to ensure they seal properly).
• Fold the wrappers into your preferred shape. A simple and reliable method is pressing together opposite corners or sides to form a tight seal.

3. Cook the Wontons:
• Fill a large pot with 8 cups of water and bring to a boil.
• Gently add the wontons (about 10 at a time), stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
• Boil for 5–7 minutes, or until the wontons float to the surface, which usually means they’re cooked through.
• Ensure the pork filling reaches an internal temperature of 140–160°F (USDA guideline).
• Remove the wontons with a slotted spoon.

4. Optional Crisping:
For added texture, place the cooked wontons on a parchment-lined baking sheet and broil in the oven until lightly golden and crisp. Watch them closely—they toast quickly!



Dipping Sauce:

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce with Panda Express’ Orange Sauce for a sweet and tangy dipping sauce that pairs perfectly with the wontons. Top with chopped green onion! Serve with a side of rice.

Marry Me Chicken Orzo🐓

Ingredients 🛒
- 2 chicken breasts
- Heavy cream
- Orzo (1 Box)
- 1 can Sun dried tomatoes
- 1 box chicken broth
- garlic powder
- red pepper flakes
- salt and pepper
- parsley
-spinach

How To:
1. Cut chicken into cubes, place in medium bowl
2. Toss the chicken in olive oil and all dry spices. Season with your heart!
3. Cook in a large pan (I use my Dutch oven)
4. I cook until slightly crispy, then add a desired amount of the sun dried tomatoes.
5. Cook combined chicken and tomatoes for about 4 min before adding orzo
6. Stir in orzo noodles. Completely combine and stir for about 2 min before adding chicken broth
7. Add chicken broth enough to cover all orzo noodles.
8. If desired, add more spices for a more intense flavor
9. Cover on low medium heat and check every 5 min. Once chicken broth has absorbed into the noodles, it’s done!
10. To make creamy, add 1/3 cup (or more if you wish) of heavy cream.
11. Optional: stir in spinach and let sit inside the warm dish until soft

1. Make a foil cup, like a tiny feta house, and put the feta, 2 tbs oil and spices in it. Twist it closed, leaving a teensy gap at the top.
2. Bake at 400° for 15 min or until melted to your liking. Broil if you're impatient!
3. Cut pita into triangles and toast at 350°. I like to give mine a light olive oil dusting - fancy, I know!

Vodka Raviolis 🍝

What You’ll Need:
• Rana Raviolis (I used the cheese blend from Publix)
• 1 can tomato paste
• ½ diced red onion
• ¼ cup vodka (optional, but fun!)
• Heavy cream (2–3 cups)
• ⅓ cup whole milk
• Butter or olive oil
• Minced garlic (jarred works fine)
• Salt & black pepper
• Red pepper flakes
• Onion powder
• Fresh parsley
• Pasta water (about 2 cups)
• Fresh Parmesan (for thickening, if needed)



Sauce Instructions:
1. In a saucepan, add 1 can of tomato paste, ½ diced red onion, a pat of butter or drizzle of olive oil, and ¼ cup vodka.
• Cook for about 2 minutes to mellow the acidity of the tomato paste.
2. Add 2–3 cups heavy cream and ⅓ cup whole milk. Stir well.
3. Season with salt, pepper, parsley, red pepper flakes, and onion powder to taste.
4. Mix thoroughly and let the sauce simmer on low while you cook the ravioli and prepare bread (if serving).



Raviolis:
• Cook the Rana ravioli according to the package instructions (usually just 3–4 minutes for fresh pasta).
• Reserve about 2 cups of pasta water to adjust the sauce later.

Adjusting the Sauce:
• If the sauce is too thick, stir in small amounts of pasta water until creamy.
• If the sauce is too thin, fold in fresh Parmesan cheese to thicken and add richness.

This meal is simple, flavorful, and totally drool-worthy. Ingredients at the end of the post. Here’s how to make it:

🥦 Asparagus
• Spray with olive oil.
• Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
• Roast at 385°F for 10–15 min (a little longer if you like them extra tender).

🥔 Dill & Feta Potatoes
• Slice your potatoes however you like—wedges, rounds, or chunks.
• Toss in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, dill, onion powder, garlic powder, and parsley.
• Spread out on parchment paper and bake at 385°F until fork-tender.
• Top with feta, then broil just until it’s melty and slightly crisp.

🥩 Perfect Top Sirloin
• Rub both sides with olive oil.
• Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
• Let it sit until it hits room temperature.
• Preheat oven to 300°F.
• Reverse sear: Cook in the oven until internal temp is 110–125°F (depending on how you like it).
• Melt 2 tbsp butter in a pan with 2 rosemary sprigs, diced garlic, and oregano until bubbling.
• Sear the steak 3–4 min per side for that perfect crust.
• Let rest, then spoon leftover butter from the pan on top (optional, but highly recommended).
