For a long time, the Anselmo name has been known in the Southeast US and beyond for procuring fresh pork.

Anselmo Purveyors was founded with the idea to set the standard for premium meat purveying. After working with Beeler’s Pure Pork for over five years, it was clear to us that Beeler’s set the standard for premium heritage pork.

We chose the name Anselmo Purveyors intentionally.

As a premium meat purveyor, sourcing is about more than finding good product. Years in this industry have taught us to understand breed and genetics, how animals are raised, the experience and standards of the people raising them, and how those factors translate to quality, consistency and performance.

Beginning next week, we’ll take a closer look at the products we source—the claims behind them, what those claims actually mean, and the experience that informs our decisions.

There is no single answer for every kitchen or every menu. The job is knowing the difference.

That’s what being a purveyor means to us.

We partner with the highest-grading, most consistent Black Angus beef packers, where disciplined cattle sourcing — built on proven genetics and sound animal husbandry — sets the foundation.
