We are now taking orders!
The beef will be ready sometime mid-February through early March. So I am filling orders now due to the small number of cows we are processing.
Here is a breakdown of how they are sold. The amount of meat and the prices are an estimate with final price being based on final hang weight.
Whole cow - $3600 for 400 lbs of meat
Half a cow- $1850 for 200 lbs of meat
1/4 of a cow- $1000 for 100 lbs of meat.
(The more of the cow you get, it lowers the price per pound.)
