It is actually still valued as an effective treatment for UTIs, as well as inflammation and other ailments

Sometimes they are near perfect, sometimes crooked, but always made with intention.

There is something grounding about the ritual: melt, press, hold.

I’ve been doing a lot of baking lately, my favorites so far have been the soft pretzels and bagels. Next up I’m going to try to make strawberry rhubarb hand pies, if I get enough ripe strawberries. 🤞🏾
