The current state of the Midwests drought is abismal at best. Pray for rain. The crop conditions across the Midwest are the worst they have been since 1988. 100 degree temperatures later this week along with wind and full sun forecasted will only make these number worse. Depending on your localized area here in missouri we would need anywhere from 6-12 inches of rain to correct us back to baseline soil moisture standard for this time of year.

Curtis Reese

Ohio farmer David Brandt died Sunday following a car accident in Illinois. Brandt leaves a long legacy of work in regenerative agriculture. He was honored earlier this year by the group No-till on the Plains, which named its Legacy Award after him.
