• 1 tsp salt (to taste)
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 4–6 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tbsp tomato paste (optional, but deepens flavor)

🍲 How to Make It
1. Caramelize the onions

Add onions + pinch of salt.
Cook low and slow 20–30 minutes until deep golden and jammy.
2. Build the base
Add garlic + black pepper. Stir 1 minute.
Add tomato paste (if using) and cook until darkened.
3. Add cabbage
Slice into wedges or thick ribbons. Nestle into the pot.
4. Flavor insurance
Sprinkle with Dust & Bloom Farmstead Favorite.
5. Make it creamy
Pour in broth + coconut milk.
Cover and simmer 25–35 minutes until tender and “melted.”
6. Finish
Stir in vinegar.
Taste. Add another pinch of Dust & Bloom on top
