We’re growing our team and have multiple positions available! We’re looking for a dependable, motivated Grocery Manager to help lead our team and keep our store running smoothly.
If you have retail or supervisory experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for great customer service, we want to meet you!
🛒 WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Oversee daily grocery store and department operations
* Manage inventory, stock levels, product rotation, and merchandising
* Supervise, train, and motivate team members
* Help resolve employee concerns and maintain a positive team environment
* Provide friendly, professional customer service
* Handle customer questions and resolve concerns
* Monitor sales, labor, and operational costs
* Help achieve department and store sales goals
* Maintain high standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
⭐ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* 1–3 years of retail or supervisory experience preferred
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to motivate and work effectively with a team
* Excellent customer-service and problem-solving skills
* Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Food Safety certification preferred or willingness to obtain
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50–75 lbs. as needed
