Orchard Spring Farm

Every project on the farm requires supervision by the entire herd of goats!

The bees are getting spa treatment before winter comes.

We love getting our breakfast from the barn. How about you? 😁

This is how we roll! 🐝 In shorts and, more often than not, without masks. 😂

Does it hurt when we get stung? 🤕 Hell ya!

But we just keep telling ourselves that bee stings have medicinal benefits, might extend our lives, and that some people actually pay hundreds of dollars for bee-sting therapy… while we get ours for FREE! 😂🐝

At least, that’s what I tell myself.

The actual truth? It’s hot, I’m lazy, and I really don’t want to put on the full bee suit. 🤣

Just another day at the farm! 🐝🍯

We love this land and feel so blessed by everything it gives us. 🌻🍯🥚💛

The last beautiful sunflowers of the season, another sweet honey harvest from our hardworking bees, and these absolutely gorgeous eggs from our Easter Eggers—some of the colors are so perfect they almost don’t look real! 🐝🐔

There’s something special about seeing what a little patch of land can produce. Feeling very grateful for this season and all its beauty. ❤️

Apparently our farm has decided to diversify. 😂🍄

Today’s harvest didn’t come from the garden — we collected these beautiful oyster mushrooms right from the woods on our property!

Between the honey, eggs, goats, and now wild mushrooms, I’m starting to think the grocery store may eventually become optional. 😂

🌳🍄 Farm-to-table doesn’t get much more local than this!

No filters. Just sunshine, green grass and blue eggs. 🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵
