Our beef is locally raised on a vegetarian diet of quality grains and forages without the use of antibiotics or hormones. Our eggs come from free range hens that hunt and peck on a pasture.

BrickHouse Farms is about much more than high quality and delicious beef. Proceeds from the farm store go towards supporting foster and adoptive youth and families in our community. By shopping at our farm store you are helping us provide therapeutic services to about 20 individuals and families each week, and provide a home and support to vulnerable foster youth. Store Update: the Loving Shepherd Ministries BrickHouse Farm Store has been busy, very busy! We have some pork, chicken, steaks, and roasts in stock. We should be restocked later this week. Doug Isch and Adam Carroll provide an update on BrickHouse Family Ministries and BrickHouse Farms Self-Serve Farm Store, which merged with Loving Shepherd Ministries this year. Do you know an adoptive or foster family? LSM now offers free counseling services to area families that are helping foster and adopted kids achieve their full, God-given potential. We look forward to addressing needs in our own backyard with LSM’s unique Trauma Healing Program and our faith-based Continuum of Care. We’ll give updates as this venture unfolds!

The young ladies in our Isabel home have been hard at work teaching themselves how to make fashionable, high-quality sandals! We love seeing these ladies adopt one of LSM's core values: leveraging business for good. From BrickHouse Farms in the U.S. to Nouvelle Aube in Haiti to entrepreneurial training for all our single mothers in Ethiopia, business pervades LSM's entire ministry model. We believe business can be a natural ally to ministry. And we love it when our kids model this by learning valuable skills that they can use to generously bless those around them, to turn a personal profit, or both. "Work heartily, as for the Lord and not men." Col. 3:23.
