After countless recipes, six months of rolling cinnamon rolls, and sharing batch after batch with friends and neighbors labeled “not the perfect cinnamon rolls yet,” I finally found the one.

The result? Soft, fluffy sourdough cinnamon rolls with rich cinnamon swirls, a buttery, melt-in-your-mouth texture, and just the right amount of sweetness. Every bite was worth the months of testing.
