I almost kept this one to myself 🤫 Tradition in Deerfield Beach is run by Chef Eric Heintz — trained at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Switzerland before bringing his Alsatian roots to this tiny strip mall spot that somehow feels like a bistro in Paris. Food here is Unreal. Anything you choose is going to come out delicious, I promise! And at the end of the night, the chef comes out and plays piano himself 🎹 It’s the kind of place you want to keep quiet just so it stays yours… but this one’s too good not to share. Go find it before everyone else does 🇫🇷🍷
