We grow alfalfa and broccoli sprouts year round!

This pizza does NOT disappoint!! So yummy! "The Alfalfa and Omega pizza from Messenger Pizza is scrumptious! Such a unique combination and so flavorful! Whole wheat crust with hummus, feta, alfalfa sprouts, cucumber and balsamic. 😋
They have a great salad bar as well, including our own alfalfa sprouts 🌱🌱 and great sandwich options too!

Shoutout to Hugo's Deli Overland ! 🌱🥪💚

We took a break and grabbed a Turkey Bacon Avo and a Meaty Veg sandwich 🥪 —both loaded with flavor and our fresh SPROUTS 🌱 Huge thanks to Hugo’s for serving up delicious eats and supporting local farmers like us!! 🥰

Stop by Boise Co-op and get some fresh local sprouts!! 😍

They carry both our clamshells of SPROUTS and our bulk deli SPROUTS 🌱

Today we tried their "Garden" sandwich with added turkey, it was delicious 😋 (as pictured)

Go grab yourself some fresh broccoli, alfalfa, Mung, or Zesty SPROUTS at the Co-op and try a delicious sandwich, with SPROUTS, at their deli! Yummy!!

OFF Broadway Deli
They have an amazing menu of preselected combinations, or design your own. I enjoy their "Porter" on rye, add SPROUTS 🌱, and pesto aoli. Also photo-featured is their "Brenda" on flatbread (comes with SPROUTS 😁). And of course some yummy fries 😋

Our family has been helping grow sprouts for over a year. A few months ago we had the opportunity to purchase a sprout business and have enjoyed growing fresh healthy sprouts for the Treasure Valley! We take great pride in our sprouts and in the production methods used to ensure safe healthy sprouts, ready for you to enjoy! Sprouts offer loads of nutritional value; stop by your local grocery store and try them out. Our sprouts are available in the Boise, Idaho area. (If they are not available in your local grocery store, ask them about carrying our fresh sprouts, locally grown.)
