I just spent a wonderful long weekend in the Baja with and the family ❤️ Days revolved around the ocean and its calming presence, deep conversations, good food, movement, laughter, and time with lifelong friends that didn't feel rushed 🌊

We moved our bodies in yoga and went on a hike, we enjoyed a soundbath in a beautiful studio, we played beach volleyball (humbling 🤣), and fiercely competitive bananagram games ✨️ It was nourishing in that quiet, soul-level way — the kind of weekend that reminds you what presence actually feels like.

Long before Alignment Coaching became her profession, has been offering that same kind of support and presence to me my entire life. Somehow she manages to reflect me back to myself in a way that feels grounding and expansive all at once. Thirty years of friendship, and she's still teaching me - just by being herself!

What I love most is how deeply we can share with each other — the laughs, the vulnerable moments, and everything in between. Our friendship has grown and changed as we have, but it continues to feel steady, supportive, full of love and wildly alive.

Endlessly grateful for Baja days and a lifetime of alignment 🌴🌊🤍
