It's hard to see the beauty when the weight is so heavy... if you've felt like 'living in quick sand' this year (accumulating over the past few years), I see you. My soul has felt depleated, but that weight is not ours to carry alone & does not define who we are.

I am choosing to not linger in that space any longer.
I am choosing to see God's beauty above all.
I am choosing to open my heart to see more miracles, feel direction, allow my soul to heal, & live life fully present - the way we are intended to do.

Psalm 118:24 reminds us to treat 'today' as a unique gift from God to appreciate 'right now.'

Choosing to focus on whole-body healing... the building blocks of clearing the noise to pave way for a new beginning.

We are forever grateful for this little business & the community we have built... celebrating all the little 'wins' along the way have carried us thru so much. THANK YOU for being here❤
