Ag-Gag laws are bad for consumers and for animals. They target whistle-blowers of animal abuse and criminalize undercover investigations of factory farms. Ag-gag laws prevent animal advocates and law enforcement from collecting evidence of egregious and illegal abuse of animals. Winmill found the state's "Agricultural Security Act" unconstitutional for criminalizing certain types of speech. This is a VICTORY for animals and for activists alike! This page provides information on Ag-Gag laws as well as many other issues concerning animals, the environment, and the importance of freedom of speech. This page is for you, for me, and for the animals. Join us in the fight for Animal Rights, because animals cannot speak for themselves.
