📸 Open House for Photographers this Thursday

Just a reminder that we will host an open house this Thursday, 5–7:30 PM for photographers who would like to explore the farm for a future photography session.

We’d be happy to show you around and introduce you to the different locations and natural settings available for shooting. It’s a great opportunity to see the space in person, meet the faces behind the logistics, and start envisioning your next session here.

💚🌾 Our long-grass meadows are looking especially lush & green right now after all this recent rain. With the longleaf pines in the background, we think this setting would make a pretty beautiful Christmas card. 🎄📷

💙 Thank You for an Incredible Season 💙

As we officially wrap up our 2026 u-pick season, we just want to say thank you.

We started the year on a difficult note after losing our strawberry crop and we definitely had moments when we wondered what the rest of the season would look like.

But then came the blueberries. 🫐

We had our best blueberry season yet which was made even more meaningful by seeing all of you come through our gates, fill your buckets, bring your families, share your photos, and continue to support our little family farm.

Whether you visited once or came back again & again, picked berries, explored the garden, shared one of our posts, or simply told a friend about us we thank you.

We hope you made some good memories on our farm & enjoyed our produce, because that’s what makes all of this worth it for us.

Thank you for another berry season at Lively Grove Farms. 💚🌱

Unfortunately we will not be able to open today. With the overnight rain and forecasted rain, the blueberry field will not dry out in time to allow for picking. We’re disappointed to close out blueberry season this way, but we remain so grateful to all of your support throughout this 2026 season.

Keep an eye out for possible updates regarding pop-up hours for the apple harvest. 🍎🍎

🫐 Tomorrow, August 5, will be our last day open for the 2026 season. 🫐

If our apple harvest continues to fare well, there is a possibility we’ll open for some pop-up hours later this season, so keep an eye out for updates.

We truly appreciate all of your support this season, whether you were one of our many first-time visitors or one of our longtime regulars. Thank you for making this season so special.

In the meantime we hope you follow along as we prepare for the 2027 season 💚

We will be open today, August 3, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
It is wet out at the farm, so wear your boots!

We’ll follow up with an update on whether we can open or not on Wednesday as soon as we can.

2026 Season Update 🫐

We still have blueberries left after Saturday’s picking! We plan to be open Monday, August 3, from 8 AM–5 PM.

However, rain is in the forecast, so there’s a chance we’ll need to close for the day. We’ll post another update tomorrow to confirm whether we’ll be open.
After Monday, we’ll continue to evaluate conditions day by day as we wrap up the season.
