This morning, before 6am, I was bagging pasta and sealing it with my labels when I had a moment.

Maybe it was pride. Maybe it was gratitude. But I paused, looked at what I’d made, and thought… “damn, I’m really doing this.”

I’m getting ready for my very first farmers market in a couple of weeks, and honestly, I’m nervous. Will I have enough? Too much? No idea 😅

Between work, grad school, and kids’ activities, life is already full… so naturally I decided to add handmade pasta to the mix. What could go wrong?

But in that quiet early-morning moment, it just felt worth it. 🤍

What noodle do you prefer?

Spaghetti or fettuccine?!

If I’m adding meets, veggies and anything else, I’m grabbing a thinner noodle to accompany the dish.

If I’m wanting the noods to be the star of the show, a tool to get the sauce from bowl to mouth, definitely working with fettuccine.

But what about you, and why?!
