We are a 2nd generation BBQ business based out of Washington which takes pride in carrying on the exceptional tradition of event and catering based BBQ and homemade sides that was started by my father Mike almost 30 years ago.

We had a great weekend at the Mt. Si Festival two weekends ago. We thought this was going to be the last event for the summer, but stay tuned! Until then, check out this video of the fun crew we had working.

Hello!

We are super excited to be able to come participate in the Beats and Bites event down in Eatonville at Glacier View Park this weekend! It runs from 11-7 on Saturday and 11-5 on Sunday. The theme for the event is a $5 bite that you get to try out at any vendor, they also have live music both days and play area/bounce house for the kiddos.

This will be the second event I’ve been able to setup for with starting Papa Mike’s after my dad’s passing in May, I’m looking forward to seeing what everyone thinks of my own take on the classic BBQ recipes he started almost 30 years ago watching football and drinking b**r with his buddies in our backyard.

If you have some time this weekend, please stop in for a sample and let me know what you think, then grab a $5 Pulled Pork or Tri-Tip slider and check out all the cool stuff at the other vendors. I am working on a few new rotational items to add to the menu trying to keep it kinda unique at each event. So this weekend I’m gonna try a new coleslaw, pulled pork/tri tips nachos, and 2 new bbq sauce flavors I’d like to get some feedback on. The nachos in particular have been fun making and I’ve been snacking a ton on them, so I think they are pretty close to being dialed in now!
