Our garden has produced a lot of vegetables this year. I am presently looking for ways to use them. My mom had this recipe tucked inside an old cookbook & I decided to try it. You will love it too!.

As you know, Helene took a friend, former work mate from us when she rolled through. Nancy was a hard worker & a kind soul. Helene also took her husband Jimmy & the found him down stream two days later. Nancy has never been located. Finally, someone in government has decided to help find her. I have watched this week where people were working an area located south of her double wide. I stopped to watch & I was amazed at seeing roofing materials, all kinds of metal & glass coming up out of the soil. This is the ground I am very familiar with. A picture of me & dad picking strawberries was made here. Never in my life had I ever thought this would happen. It hurts. So many friends & families have lost so much. It will never be the same. Pray they find her, for her son's sake. Nancy, I'm praying they find you friend.
