Part 3 honey bee removal. We removed all the comb and placed into out frames in our bee box. We were lucky to find the queen and get her in the box.

Honey Bee Removal 🐝

We had a friend reach out to us about some bees that had went into the side of the house and she needed them to be removed. These bees had been here for around 2 years. Video of removal to follow!

Almost 5 gallons of honey from our two hives! We have learned so much and we can’t wait for next spring. Hopefully we can continue to grow and share our honey with people in our community. Thanks everyone for the support

Watch us uncap honey and spin 🍯🐝 lengthy process but we improved over time. Definitely a learning experience.

The wax we got from uncapping the hives will be melted down and applied back to our frames for next season. Also once we were done with everything we set our equipment outside and the bees clean up all the extra honey so nothing goes to waste.
