In these small moments, there is beauty, and in the act of making, there is meaning.

🎉 7 years of 🎉

Seven years ago, I started this account to share my creations in the kitchen. I can’t believe how much it’s grown — or how much I’ve grown! From recipes that are close to my heart (like my family’s recipe for tsoureki) to new inventions (like my Greek Coffee Cinnamon Rolls), to celebrating special moments and all of the kitchen experiments along the way, it’s truly been a joy sharing my table with all of you.

2025 has brought some amazing surprises and milestones for , including:

🌀 Collaborations with to share traditional Greek recipes and practice the Greek language
🌀 Moving into a new home with Heyfoodiehusband and celebrating our first wedding anniversary
🌀 A new job, which has inspired a new era of meal prepping for me

Cooking and baking bring me peace and joy, as I connect to my roots and share my love through flavor and tradition. Thank you for joining me, and stay tuned for more in year 7!

Your Memorial Day Weekend menu NEEDS this Shrimp & Corn salad recipe💥

This fresh, flavor-packed side dish comes together easily with the help of some of my favorite ingredients from ! The recipe serves 10 people as a side, but the sky’s the limit to how else you can enjoy this dish. Chop the shrimp and serve it as a protein-packed dip with Siete Foods chips, use it to top a salad of crisp greens, or wrap it in your favorite Siete Foods tortillas for a quick lunch. I hope you love it as much as I do!

I created this recipe as part of my trip with the Culinary Creators Familia earlier this year. It was such a *pinch me* moment to cook with their culinary team and watch the professionals style and photograph my recipe.
