Summer honey harvest is now complete and it is a good harvest.

Unfortunately we will not be able to be at the Champaign County farmers market this Saturday nor to any farmers market until September 12 (Springfield) because of my father’s passing yesterday in PA. You can place orders online and pickup from our house after we have your order ready.

Emptied the last 4 gallons of 2025 fall honey from one of our 2 bottling tanks and cleaned/sanitized it (honey , wax, propolis sticking to the sides) in preparation for the 2026 summer honey harvest. We start the harvest Sunday and hope to be done by Thursday. I am going to be exhausted by Friday.
