π₯ Crockpot Beef Stroganoff ππ₯©
This Crockpot Beef Stroganoff is a creamy, comforting classic that practically cooks itself! With tender beef, savory mushrooms, and a rich, creamy sauce, itβs a perfect set-it-and-forget-it meal thatβs ready when you are! π²π
Ingredients:
1.5 lbs beef stew meat, cubed π₯©
Salt π§ and pepper πΆοΈ to taste
1 onion, chopped π§
3 cloves garlic, minced π§
8 oz mushrooms, sliced π
1 cup beef broth π₯£
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce πΆ
1 tbsp Dijon mustard π―
1 cup sour cream π₯
2 tbsp cornstarch (for thickening) π
8 oz egg noodles π
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish πΏ
Instructions:
1οΈβ£ In the crockpot, add beef stew meat π₯©, seasoning with salt π§ and pepper πΆοΈ. Add chopped onions π§
, garlic π§, and mushrooms π.
2οΈβ£ Pour in beef broth π₯£, Worcestershire sauce πΆ, and Dijon mustard π―. Stir to combine.
