Daniel Roughan is the owner and a veteran hospitality operator with 20 years of experience running some of the most successful clubs, bars, and restaurants from Chicago to Boston.
For nine years, he served as Director of Operations for The Varano Group, growing it from three restaurants averaging $10 million in annual sales to six restaurants, four caffès, and a quick-service pizzeria with nearly $40 million in annual sales. Most recently, he was project manager for the opening of Fratelli at Encore Boston Harbor Casino, the largest hospitality opening in Massachusetts history and on the East Coast in the past decade.
