I’ve been seeing that viral 2-ingredient cookie cobbler everywhere and *had* to try it. Well, I concluded that it needed a few more ingredients 🫣

I realize the 2-ingredient gimmick is part of the fun of it, but what if you added a few more ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry and could make it a million times better?? It would be silly not to.

Don’t worry, it still takes less than 10 minutes of prep and is so simple anyone can do it. I used pre-packaged cookie dough here like the viral recipe says, but me being me also means I made it with homemade cookie dough and I share that recipe with you on the blog (also EASY).

I’ve been food blogging since 2008, back when we took photos on literal flip phones (🫣) and Instagram wasn’t even a thing. The OGs know we did it because of our love for good food and sharing and not to become influencers in any way.

I still have a blog 18 years later because I still love developing recipes and sharing them with you. I still love eating food (🤤) and helping you make dinners, desserts, and drinks that will “impress without stress” (WANM’s tagline!).

You won’t see me on camera often and it’s very unlikely I’ll start learning viral dances. You WILL see lots of delicious food that’s easier to make than it looks and that won’t stress you out. Probably lots of pics of my dog, too. She’s judgy, but very cute and also my chief taste tester/quality control🐶
