Remember this? Today is the day! We are starting a new “Tell or Tip Series”.

We’re going to delve into Chef a bit, who he is, what inspires him, what his favorite ingredient are, tips for every day use and maybe a good shortcut!

Today is a Mom post. LOL

Let’s take a little walk down memory lane. As his Mom I can give you a little insight of who he is. As a child, he was never afraid of trying anything. As a young adult, he was very interested in how things were made and what the ingredients were. Then, he came home from HS one day after an assembly and flipped the script on us all and decided that instead of college for English/History… he announced he was going to culinary school and NEVER looked back. He chose his school, and did all the leg work. He was committed from the first moment. It was a beautiful thing to witness. His passion for his craft had begun to blossom and it has yet to slow down.

He loves to feed people and watch them truly enjoy what he served. He is constantly learning and experimenting with flavors, textures and complementary ingredients. I love watching his mind.

When you watch your child find his passion, there is nothing better.

Just know this…. When you hire him for anything, know that you are getting the entire package of knowledge, experience and passion.
