Easy Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole - Comfort in Every Bite!

Ingredients:
4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup crushed buttery crackers
1/4 cup melted butter
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, poppy seeds, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. Transfer the chicken mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly. In a separate bowl, mix the crushed crackers with melted butter until the crackers are well coated. Sprinkle the buttery cracker mixture evenly over the chicken mixture in the baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
