As farmers markets wind down for the season, we’ll have more time to develop new freeze-dried meals at Trail & Table Foods!
We’ve had lots of requests for gluten-free options, so that’s where we’re focusing next. A few meals we’re considering:
• Meatloaf with mashed potatoes
• Chicken and broccoli tossed in our Alfredo sauce
• Hearty beef stew
