Chunky Goodies & Cake Bar

Progress!!!
It’s a “hurry up and wait” game this year so big steps like this are so exciting!

The bakery will be out of our house before we know it.

Septic and water lines are in!!!

Now waiting for our builders to complete the walls inside.

10/10 recommend Orf Construction in BG

My kitchen is still down but we got a call that they’re digging the septic Monday for the new bakery!!!

In the meantime I’ll keep canning at my mom’s house down the road and transporting my goods back home in a “less than ideal” manner

It’s full steam ahead on projects around here!

That being said… this is my current kitchen. 😳
Orders already placed will be fulfilled (so don’t worry) but we won’t be able to take new orders until our builders finish up some things to get us functional again.

We’re super excited for all the changes, it’ll help us be more efficient, so please be patient with us!

So well said Hallie

🌽 this is what real food looks like 🪱

This non GMO corn was grown with no chemicals, no pesticides, and no shortcuts. Nature doesn't produce clones, each ear is unique, just like the people who grow it.

For years we've been taught that perfect looking produce equals better produce but that's simply not true. A few blemishes, different sizes or uneven kernels and even some bugs are signs that your food came from the earth not a factory.

When you buy from local farmers, you're choosing fresh, naturally grown food and supporting families who truly care about what they're putting on your table.

We will take real over perfect every single time 🩵

Thank you to our neighbors, Chunky Goodies & Cake Bar for this beautiful corn!! I do believe she's going to drop some corn off at the stand this weekend!! $5 / dozen!! CASH ONLY FOR CORN 🌽
