First and foremost, I want to give my deepest and sincerest apologies to every single one of our amazing customers. I know I disappeared for a while, and I truly appreciate everyone who continued to support, check on me, encourage me, and believe in this dream. 🫶🏽
The truth is… life hit me hard.
As many of you know, I lost someone completely irreplaceable—my father, my POPS. 💔 These past couple of months have been some of the darkest and hardest moments of my life.
I needed time to grieve.
I needed time to breathe.
And I needed time to find my way back to the dream I’ve worked so hard for.
But while I was quiet, I was NEVER giving up. 👀✨
Behind the scenes, I’ve been brainstorming, creating, planning, dreaming BIGGER, and putting together something NEW. Something different. Something that feels like ME.
So… allow me to reintroduce myself. 🤍

I’m Mia Saldivar, and I’ve always dreamed of being my own boss, owning my own food truck, and one day opening my very own restaurant. 🚚🍴
What started as me baking brownies back in high school grew into something so much bigger—a passion, a dream, and now a journey I refuse to stop chasing. I love creating food. I love creating treats. I love making people happy through what I make. And now I’m ready to take this dream to the NEXT LEVEL. 🔥And this time, I’m carrying my biggest inspiration with me.
My dad was SO proud and excited when I started this journey earlier this year. Seeing him happy for me meant everything. So when I thought about what I wanted this new chapter to represent, there was only one answer…
HIM. ❤️
I’m keeping his name alive through everything I build, every plate I serve, every treat I create, and every dream I chase.
