Cinnamon Muffin Melt Mix
6 Tbsp. (¾ stick) melted butter
1 egg

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine Packet 1, butter and egg in a large bowl; blend until dough forms. Pour Packet 2 into a separate shallow bowl.

Shape dough into 1-inch balls; roll each in cinnamon-sugar coating. Place on a greased baking sheet; bake 11-12 minutes. Makes about 30 cookies.

Freeze & bake later:
Blend until dough forms. Roll into 30 balls and wrap in plastic. Place Packet 2 in a quart freezer bag; seal. Place wrapped balls and the quart bag in a gallon freezer bag; remove air, seal and freeze. When ready to bake, remove from freezer, thaw and bake as directed above.

Salted Caramel Cookie Chews Recipe

ingredients
Salted Caramel Bar Mix
¾ cup (1½ sticks) + 1½ Tbsp. butter, divided
1 large egg
2 Tbsp. water
3 Tbsp. milk
¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine Salted Caramel Bar Mix Packet 1, ¾ cup butter, egg and water in a large bowl. Roll tablespoons of dough into balls and place on a large baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes.

Remove from oven. Using the back of a measuring teaspoon, press down to make an indentation in the cookies. Return to oven and bake for another 1-2 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool on baking sheet 1 minute. Transfer to a cooling rack placed over another baking sheet.

Prepare the caramel Packet 2 according to package directions using the remaining 1½ Tbsp. butter and milk. Let cool 5 minutes. Place 1 tsp. cooled caramel in the center of each cookie (there will be some leftover caramel).

Microwave chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl for 20 seconds; stir. If needed, microwave for another 5-10 seconds and stir. Microwave until chocolate is smooth and shiny. (Overheated chocolate will become dry and chunky.) Add chocolate to a sandwich-size resealable bag. Clip off a small corner and pipe chocolate over the cookies. Sprinkle with desired about of salt. Refrigerate cookies to set caramel. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Makes 22 cookies.

24 mini peanut butter cups
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine Classy Chocolate Pound Cake Mix, butter and egg in large bowl; mix until well combined. Using hands, knead until the consistency of a thick, moist dough.

Wrap 1 Tbsp. of dough around one mini peanut butter cup; form into a ball. Place on a large baking sheet. Repeat with remaining dough. Bake 8 minutes.

Remove from oven and let stand 1 minute. Transfer to a cooling rack. Cool completely.

Microwave chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl 30 seconds; stir. Repeat 10-second heat and stir intervals, if needed, until chocolate chips are smooth and shiny. (Overheated chocolate will be come dry and chunky.) Dip tops of cookies in melted chocolate. Cool. Store in an airtight container.

Freeze & bake later:
Form into balls and wrap in plastic. Place wrapped balls in a gallon freezer bag; remove air, seal and freeze. When ready to bake, remove from freezer, thaw and bake as directed.

Truffle Fudge Brownie Mix
8 oz. softened cream cheese, divided
¼ cup (½ stick) butter, melted
1 large egg, beaten
2 cups powdered sugar
½ tsp. vanilla extract
¼ cup raspberry preserves

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine Truffle Fudge Brownie Mix, 4 oz. cream cheese, butter and egg in a large bowl. Mix until well combined. Drop by teaspoonfuls on a large baking sheet. For perfectly round cookies, roll into 1½-inch balls before placing on baking sheets. Bake 12 minutes.

Remove from oven; using the back of a measuring teaspoon, press down to make an indentation in the cookies. Return to oven and bake for another 1-2 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool on baking sheet for 1 minute. Transfer to a cooling rack.

Combine remaining 4 oz. cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in a medium bowl. Using an electric mixer on medium speed, mix until well combined. Transfer to a sandwich-size resealable plastic bag. Clip the corner to create a piping bag. Pipe cream cheese mixture onto cookies.

Place raspberry preserves in a second sandwich-size resealable plastic bag. Clip corner and pipe preserves over the top of the cream cheese. Store cookies, covered, in the refrigerator. Makes 24 cookies.

Freeze & bake later:
Form into 24 1½-inch balls and wrap in plastic. Place wrapped balls in gallon freezer bag; remove air, seal and freeze. When ready to bake, remove from freezer, thaw and bake as directed.

15 peppermint starlight candies or candy canes, crushed

White decorator icing
Black decorator gel
24 red cinnamon decorating candies
24 Twisty Grahams or mini pretzels

Preheat oven to 350°. Prepare Truffle Fudge Brownie Mix according to package directions using butter and eggs. Place mini cupcake liners in a 24-count mini muffin pan; fill with batter. Bake 15-18 minutes. Cool.

Frost tops of brownies with chocolate fudge frosting. Using the white icing and black decorating gel, create eyes on each brownie. Place a red cinnamon candy under eyes to create a nose.

Absolutely Almond Pound Cake Mix
1 cup water
¾ cup (1½ sticks) butter
15 oz. container coconut pecan frosting
24 oz. pkg. vanilla-flavored almond bark
24 mini peanut butter cups, unwrapped
3-4 pieces pull 'n peel twisted red licorice
Orange decorator icing
Black decorator gel

directions
Prepare Absolutely Almond Pound Cake Mix according to package directions. Cool completely.

Crumble cake into a large mixing bowl. Mix with frosting until well combined. Form into 24 (2-inch) balls and 24 (1-inch) balls).

Melt almond bark in a large bowl in the microwave according to package direction. Line a large baking sheet with waxed paper. Place several 2-inch balls into melted almond bark; using two forks, carefully remove balls, one at a time, and place on waxed paper. Repeat with several 1-inch balls and place on top of large balls. Repeat with remaining cake balls.

Place baking sheet in the refrigerator for 3-5 minutes or just until almond bark is tacky but not firm. Remove from refrigerator. Place peanut butter cups, upside down, on snowmen to form hats. Return pan to refrigerator. Refrigerate until firm.

To decorate, carefully pull the licorice apart into single strands. Tie each strand around the next of each snowman to form scarves. Decorate as desired with black gel and orange frosting to form eyes, nose, mouth and buttons. Store in refrigerator. Makes 24 snowmen.

Preheat oven to broil. Combine first 3 ingredients; chill 30 minutes. Cut baguette into ½-inch slices. Preheat oven to 350°. Combine Cinnamon Muffin Melt Mix™, butter and egg. Press mixture into an even layer in a greased, 9-inch round springform pan. Bake 11-12 minutes. Cool.

1 cup Rhubarb Strawberry Fruit Spread
2 tsp. lemon zest
2 Tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice

directions
Bring water and sugar to a boil in a medium saucepan. Stir in cranberries and return mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add Rhubarb Strawberry Fruit Spread, lemon zest and lemon juice. Cool completely before serving.
