🦞Good morning fellow crawfish lovers! 🦞

We have been in contact with our suppliers and feel that it is in our best interest to wait until mid January to start boiling. The crawfish industry was greatly impacted by the severe drought that Louisiana experienced. The crawfish are small and the prices are VERY high, therefore to insure we provide our customers with the highest quality at the best prices, we will take the advice of the suppliers and hold off until January.

But until then, stay tuned for more updates and even a few “fun facts” about us (the new owners of KCK!)

We have been VERY diligent during this process, not just looking for the highest bidder, but someone who would carry the vision forward while putting their own stamp on it. Someone who would appreciate and take care of our amazing loyal customers and friends. Someone who will always choose quality over profit.

We have had a crazy amount of interest and we appreciate ALL the interest and offers.

All great things come to an end! It is with a heavy heart that we have decided to go in a different direction and no longer specialize in just crawfish, shrimp, and crab boils.

Over the last 3 years, our customer base has been and still is amazing! You have been loyal and so very generous. Our ultimate goal was to eventually offer a brick & mortar option to Azle and the surrounding areas, but it just isn’t meant to be at this time.

We will be selling off all things Keep’em Comin’ KrawDaddy if interested. This includes our page w/ over 3,100 followers, all of our recipes and custom seasonings, our 4-5 sack custom boiler (Gator Pot), numerous oversized ice chest, crawfish flags, propane bottles, 40 qt boiling pot w/ strainer, custom net scooper, plastic scoopers, numerous stirring paddles, custom paddle w/ built in thermometer alerting cooking vs. soaking temps, and much much more!

In closing, God Bless each and everyone of you! As for us, we will be going into a slightly different direction w/ CoKo Bay’s - Lone Star Texas Cuisine which will be focusing mainly on Texas inspired snacks and foods. We will be marketing our homemade bagged & bottled products on various social media platforms and fulfilling local pickup, as well as, national online orders.

Sad days are ahead…😢

Due to the catch being small / low quality this week, we will not be open this weekend. Sadly, it looks like the season is coming to an end soon, if not already. Many farmers and fisherman are already calling it a year. There may be a slim chance we can offer crawfish between now and the end of the month, but only if the catch yields quality. We will not serve anything less.

As of now, we are still taking pre-orders for 6/10 & 6/11. We will give you a 24 hour advanced notice if we find out the catch hasn’t improved and we cancel the weekend cook.

*BREAKING NEWS*

Well, that was fast! We are officially sold out for today!

The crawfish 🦞 season is quickly coming to an end! So get them while you can!

Moving forward, we are going to try some different things to better serve our community with options…so please bare with us and feel free to give feedback.

Pre-orders are 90% of our business, so we will continue with that model. We will be offering delivery for all orders over $50. There will be a $1 (per mile) delivery fee. For all orders under $50, or those who want to pickup, we will still offer curbside pickup.

Also, we are going to extend our days open to Saturday AND Sunday!

Next, we are going to offer PM hours for our dinner crowd! We will be open 3pm - 11pm on Saturday and 3pm - 8pm on Sunday or until sold out! Pre-ordering is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Lastly, we are going to have a NEW location for pickup. This will be our new pickup location for the remainder of this season. The address is located on the menu!
