BBQ isn’t expensive because somebody suddenly decided BBQ should be expensive.

The entire cost of making BBQ has changed.

The meat costs more.

Labor costs more.

Supplies cost more.

Utilities cost more.

Insurance costs more.

And somehow the customer is still expecting that $12 plate from 2008. 😂

But here’s where it gets interesting…
