The Mission
My Mission is to bring gourmet meals to the people of Vermont, without the fuss and cost of having to go out to a fine dining establishment.
I spent 6 months in Scotland at the Edinburgh School of Food and Wine. There I learned how to make and teach others to make gourmet dishes that people can enjoy. Through this endeavor I would like to share my creativity. I allow my customers to order whatever they would like permitting me to make new dishes.
A seared honey and spice glazed duck breast with roasted vegetables with potato.
Mediterranean vegetable stack with goat cheese and basil oil. served with arugula and honey salad.
Pan seared salmon with crispy skin, with herb-ed wild rice pilaf and confit vegetables.
Beef Bourguignon. a classic French stew with red wine and vegetables, served on fresh bread
