Good morning! Happy Saturday! I made a bunch of dough yesterday. Let it bulk proof on the counter over night. I had some people request a cheddar loaf, and cheddar jalopeno loaf. Got all the inclusions added and shaped and now going to let them cold proof today. I’ll bake them tonight or tomorrow!

Going to attempt my Christmas tree plain loaf again because it was a major fail last week 😂 scoring isn’t something I have mastered yet.
