Unexpected find on our journey! We recently went to the UP of Michigan for vacation. On the way home stopped in manitowoc to stretch our legs and we randomly drove by and found Briess Malting company was stationed here! We have made so many beers with the grain made from here!

Cool news alert!! Out of our 12 grafted apple trees all twelve took and are thriving! We won best cider for our Cherry Me cider at MT. Vernon brewers festival. We are so excited for the future to what we can produce for everyone ( O ya we thought our beers weren’t bad either 😂)

We are so pumped to bring new beers and artwork next weekend to Mt. Vernon brewers festival! 5 of the 6 we are bringing are new to us and you. The list follows
1. Yard Boy - a Sourdough Blonde- a blonde ale fermented with sourdough bread yeast-5.2% abv. (One of our favorites we have made in a long time)
2. Turbo Toad- pale wheat ale- a hoppy wheat made with mosaic hops- 5.6% abv
3. Slingblade - a sweet potato soufflé amber - made with sweet potatoes and cassia cinnamon bark 6.8% abv
4. Cookie jar - oatmeal raisin brown - a brown ale made with oats raisins and Tahitian vanilla beans-6.2% abv
5. Grow a pear - a pear cider or “Perry” sourced from local Asian pears from cooterville acres-5.5 abv
6. Sparkling cherry cider- a cider back sweetened with Montmorency cherry juice - 4.5 abv
