The honey is a powder instead of pure honey- but has a very similar flavor. The honey is not meant to be overly sweet but to tame the garlic to a sweeter tone

Orange cream cheese

This is an orange cream cheese, with a cara cara vanilla marmalade i made myself.

It has a very nice bright sweet orange flavor, with vanilla. The flavor is very robust.

Homeade butter time.

Got to use my fancy vitamix blender- heavy cream churned up and kneeded in ice water to extract the buttermilk.

Then added fleur de sel french salt and orange zest.

Melts very smooth and has a nice clear cream finish

Smoked sour cream and onion cheese

This was one of the hardest cheeses I've made.

Sour cream, sautéed onions and chives added to the cheese and after an extended dry time it was smoked on apple wood.

This has a STRONG sour cream and onion flavor that sticks with you. The onions and chives meld with the tart sour cream.
