Slabs N Crabs food truck will be on the property from 12:30-3:30​ serving up BBQ, seafood and all the sides🦀🍖🍟

Hosted by LaTasha Thomas of Zen Holistics, this 90-minute session combines the gentle, long-held postures of yin yoga with the healing vibrations of a restorative sound bath.

During this evening of relaxation, you will be invited to:

🌙 Feel the Healing Vibration: Let the resonant sounds of the sound bath wash away stress and resistance.

Join us for an evening of slow-paced yin yoga, surrounded by the sounds and vibrations of a restorative sound bath.

Hosted by LaTasha Thomas of Zen Holistics outdoors on the spacious grounds at our tasting room.

The session will begin at 5:30 PM and end approximately at 7 PM.
​
Afterwards, head into the tasting room for your complementary glass of wine or cocktail, included with your session ticket. Sip away and continue your relaxation as the sun begins to set and enjoy the views our tasting room has to offer!

In the event of rain, we will move the session to our lower-level indoor event space.
