The eggs shed is back in business and we will be processing the rest of the chickens in between rain drops, every one on the list that hasn’t gotten their order we are hoping to be finished up today. We also have bone broth to can and going to pickle some of the small eggs from the new layers. Its going to be a very busy day

We apologize but the eggs are sold out right now. We will be restocking tomorrow morning before we finish processing chickens. Thank you again everyone for your support

What does everyone do at 6 am on a Saturday? Finish processing 🐔. Now just to part out and this batch is done.

We are starting to see new egg shed customers via venmo and I love to see it and I would also like to make this reminder. Eggs, when you respect the hens cycles are seasonal. The eggs you buy from the grocery store use lights to mimic summer time. I refuse to force my hens to lay during the winter, we still get eggs but not as many. I have made this comment every year for at least 5 years and still get people asking if I have eggs. I have also made the controversial comment that eggs will last in your refrigerator for 6 months. My point, get your eggs now and stock up, in December when there is a “crisis “ and egg prices are $10/dozen again I will repost this.
