Hello, friends of This Delish Dish! We promised to update you when we "landed" on our next adventure. Well, here we are at Hoity Toity Peacock! We invite you to follow their page for all the wonderful art and classes available to you here in Brenham. We'll be hosting some classes at Hoity Toity Peacock in the near future.....maybe even sharing some of our recipes and how-tos for our Pimento Cheeses, Spreads and Pineapple Gems. Bruce and I would love to see you there!

Hello, This Delish Dish friends!

We wanted to let you know that we are taking a break from the Farmer's Markets, after our first full year of business, to assess what we would like our approaching retirement to look like. As it turns out, the category of foods we were selling at the markets were not included in the Texas Cottage Law rules. At this time, we can't find a way to work around/with this. We are looking at other food and non-food items that we love to make, so we just might return in a new format. We'll keep you posted!!

Thanks to so many of you that were "regulars", and to those that stopped by every month to see us at the markets. We always LOVED getting so see you and to get to visit with you! We will greatly miss you and hope to see you around town.

Thank you all so much for your encouragement, enthusiasm about our products, and for your support! We will never forget this wonderful experience.

Thanks to all that have preordered your Thanksgiving turkey roasts from us at This Delish Dish. We've got you covered!

For those that are still looking for a boneless smoked or baked turkey ROAST (Butterball) we have a few spots still open.

All White Meat (Butterball) Boneless Turkey Roast:

These are apple juice brined and seasoned. Easy to slice. No bones to bother with. Great for sandwiches.

(Side note: This isn't a turkey you want to carve at the table, but it looks beautiful sliced onto a serving platter, or we can slice it and garnish it for you!)

Serves 8-10 $40
Slicing/garnishing available for an additional $10 per turkey roast.

These are great served slightly chilled or room temperature, or can be heated adding 3/4 cup chicken stock to your dish of sliced turkey, very tightly sealed with foil, and heated at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Porch Pick up on Wednesday, the 27th, in Brenham.

We'll have our delicious Baguette Toasts to purchase along with your spreadables as well!! There ARE some things better than chocolate!! BACON WRAPPED PINEAPPLE GEMS! These are chunks of house seasoned dried pineapple, wrapped in bacon, baked, glazed with apple jelly, and generously sprinkled with our Underwood's "It's My Rub!" Smooth Blend.
