Greetings from JM Beef,
As proud 5th-generation ranchers, we are dedicated to raising the 6th generation with a commitment to excellence. At JM Beef, we take immense pride in delivering the finest quality beef for your family, employing sustainable practices that reduce our carbon footprint.
Our dedication to education is reflected in our collaboration with Tarleton State University's meat l
ab. Here, our beef is processed by college students in state-of-the-art laboratory settings, ensuring the highest standards of quality.
Quality is at the heart of what we do. Through meticulous attention to genetics and a carefully crafted feeding program, guided by constant consultation with nutritionists, we strive to bring you PRIME-graded beef for your family's deep freezer. Achieving this level of excellence requires a collaborative effort involving veterinarians, animal health experts, nutritionists, geneticists, and DNA testing. Together, we work tirelessly to unlock the genetic potential of our cattle, resulting in prime-graded carcasses—a distinction achieved by only 4-8% of the beef population.
Situated in the heart of Texas, we are American ranchers dedicated to providing your household with an unparalleled eating experience. We invite you to savor the fruits of our labor—beef produced with our unwavering commitment, passion, and the legacy of our grandfathers' dreams.
Thank you for choosing JM Beef, where tradition meets taste.
Enjoy,
Your American Rancher

PRICING & PROCESSING:
We are excited to share details about the exceptional beef offerings from JM Cattle—a distinguished brand that is an integral part of our 5th generation North Texas cattle operation.
All our cattle are conceived, born, and raised on our operation, adhering to the highest standards of quality. Our commitment to providing premium beef is evident in our grass-fed, grain-finished, all-natural approach.
Here are our current prices:
Quarter: $950
Half: $1600
Whole: $3200
Our target weight for each steer is 1350 lbs. Factoring in dressing percentage, average moisture shrink, fat trim, and bone loss, we anticipate approximately 550 lbs of meticulously packaged meat per steer.
Our herd calves within a 45-day window, and we maintain a "contemporary group" approach throughout their lifecycle—from birth and weaning to feeding and processing. Consequently, all our steers are processed together, and they are slated for processing in March at Tarleton State's meats lab. We facilitate delivery to Tarleton and cover the kill fee. However, you would be responsible for collecting the meat and covering the processing cost, approximately $0.75 per pound.
Price breakdown per whole:
$3,200.00 per steer paid to us for beef
Approximately $550.00 paid to Tarleton for processing
Total whole retail weight: 550lbs
Total cost to you: $6.81 per pound for all cuts
For your convenience, I am available to address any inquiries you may have. Feel free to reach out to reserve your share of this exceptional beef.
