Hello friends…I haven’t posted anything in 96 days due to having lost this sweet, goofy, precious big boy on May 4th. It was fast, furious, and unavoidable. So not prepared on any level for this extreme loss. We should talk about grief someday. Maybe in a podcast.
I’m always wanting to talk about being kind and gentle to others. You never know what someone is going through. I don’t know if I can ever talk about bloodhounds, their specific needs, and ways to properly care for them ever again. I miss him so much. I had no choice but to become a fast expert on the breed. They are extremely special beings. He chose me, over and over, in a townhouse, even over a farm and open fields, he chose ME. That’s very special! I was as loyal to him I promise!
The medication that healed his allergies and skin infections seems to be the thing that took him. He was the 1 % of Zenralia it seems. It is great at healing so much, he just didn’t tolerate it all of a sudden. Again, that minute percentage. No one’s fault. Use caution with all medications for self, family, pets. The tears of grief are daily still, maybe they will never stop. His love was HUGE, his absence is even bigger.
However, facebook reminded me that I have not posted in 96 days, so this is why. Going to get busy soon, make some recipes, share some love, talk about stuff… Be well … Be kind to self and others it matters more than you know!!!
